| Totally agree with you Rand, he wants 20cents on the dollar and what do you think his other concerns are? Nothing, just another INVESTER to take or steal the home from the seller and pay them NOTHING,just enough money to pack the furniture into a truck and to head to a park to live under the trees,, |

| You sound silly There are thousands of good agents I help home owners everyday there are some bad agents out there but lots of good ones. Get Your real estate license and stop bother and bad mouthing the real professionals. You dont know how hard it is being a full time agent it is one of the hardest jobs. You have to work really hard and there is no guarantee you will get paid. |
